There are a total of 10,922,139 registered voters, of which 1,409,395 are first-time voters. 10.9 million out of 27 million Malaysians are registered to vote in the country's 12th general elections. About 5.0 million voters are believed to be eligible but unregistered. And I am proud to announce that I am one of the voters.
I began my walk to the poll station at 12pm
I took an umbrella with me because it rained and also for safety purposes (self protection)
On the way...
Yes, I can see the school already~
The BN tent packed with people (contrast this with the DAP tent below)
Police there to make sure all is "in order"
Congratulations!! You are a voter. -___-
Going to check which room I'm in
These people are quite nice. Very busy day, they said.
My room is upstairs.
OOOOhhhh... I'm in! :D
The rooms are on my left. Mine is right at the back.
The rules pasted on the door for us to read. Making sure I don't break any of them. I'm not allowed to take pictures in the room. So, no pics~
I'm done with it. Crossed the appropriate candidate. While I'm on my way home, people are just coming to do their duties. Many more are coming.
DAP booth only has ONE guy in duty.
Proof that I've voted.I found these signboards in the school, which mirrors my current emotions:

And this is me, the new voter.
