Fried Crab Mihun + Nyonya Kuih

Dad and Ah Yi took a trip to Ah Yi's hometown - Pantai Remis for two days. While awaiting their return at college today, Ah Yi called up and told me to wait for them for dinner because they bought me something very delicious for dinner. She ain't going to tell me what it was and I was impatiently anticipating their safe return.

As soon as I arrived at the doorstep, the delicious aroma of something mouth watering drowned my senses like a tsunami (laughing at my own lame description) and there they are lying on the glass dining table! What is this? Argh, fried crab mihun and nyonya kuih all the way from Pantai Remis (the land of delicious cheap food)!

Numerous bags of yummies!

A very huge bag indeed

Crab is something I never pass up, and it is the only food I'm willing to use my hands to eat. Definitely finger licking good. Sweet! And when it goes with fried mihun, gosh, you can just dive into it and become a pig.

The crab!!!

Bf said it's the haunted wig...-___-

My delicious first helping

Then comes the dessert part: Nyonya kuih. I wanted to translate 'kuih' for the sake of some readers who does not understand what it is as "cake". But 'kuih' is 'kuih'. It is an unique entity, not to be confused with any corrupted description on the market. (Hahaha, this entire line is just for fun)
My favourite blue glutenous rice with Kaya!

Kuih wrapped in banana leaf

My first time eating this. Yummy x 100!

All in a plate nyonya kuih

The best part is the price: RM12 (for crab bihun). Pantai Remis is the place to go for food!
