Narnia: Prince Caspian

First of all, I must declare myself as a fairytale maniac. I simply love fantasies! So you can expect how this review is going to be :) Those who don't like fantasies, don't say I didn't warn you.

I remember given "The Magician's Nephew" as a birthday present when I was 9 years old. Ever since I read that book, I was so in love with Narnia. I remember looking everywhere for the rest of the books but I never found them...till the movie came. Back then, I thought nobody knows what is Narnia and I had no one to share it with, until I found two friends in church, Pui Yi and Pui May, who lend me the book.

I was so sad after reading the book, knowing that the magic has ended. When I saw the trailer couple of months ago, I was so excited to watch it! Once again, I can indulge myself in the magical fantasy world.

Finding themselves in the ruins of their happiest memories

Narnia...the story is quite simple. The Kings and Queens went back to Narnia and found themselves in the ruins of their own castle. Apparently, Narnia was attacked not long after they left and the Narnians had to hide in the forest. Nymphs and Trees disappeared. Animals stopped talking and turned wild. Narnia was not the Narnia we used to know. The 4 royalties were once again called back because they need to bring peace to the land of Narnia, together with Prince Caspian.

King Edward, High King Peter, Prince Caspian, Queen Susan
MIA: Queen Lucy (she was sent to call for Aslan)

*Spoiler ahead*
One thing sad is that Queen Susan and Prince Caspian were attracted to each other, but Queen Susan had to leave and never go back to Narnia anymore. :((((((((((

Movies can best put our imaginations into real pictures. Once you watch it, allow yourself to indulge into the world of Narnia.
