It's the Enrollment Day today and it has been rather scary because the course is very hectic and tremendously demanding. The fact that I know it is quite different from hearing it from the course leader. It's like proof that what you thought is the worst IS indeed the worst.
Besides a lot of academic work and skills to pick up, I also need to do pro-bono activity, which is a voluntary work that is law related, to improve my skills and my CV.
What I was given today was my materials. We were given notes via "pigeon holes" (which is a shelf full of handouts) and also a bag with wheels to take our books.

The bag of information (This will be useful when I travel to London)

The books

The most interesting thing is that they put in a thick plank on the side to withstand the weight of the books! So thoughtful huh~

Behold, the 300 pounds materials O_O
I came back rather late today and was very hungry. I just heated up the leftover potatoes and boiled some vegetables. That's another simple dinner.

This time I didn't cut the ham into small pieces so it has taste now. I heated it up with the microven with the potatoes. Warm ham is great!
I went out with a few new friends in the evening at a local pub just a minute walk from my place. It's really good having friends but I am still trying my best to fit in. Came back about 9pm and was too late for dinner so I just had a piece of bread with ham. Didn't want to gain anymore weight. :p
