Today's Dinner

This is my first attempt in cooking a "yat wok sok" (cooking all the ingredients in one go) using the rice cooker. I love the rice cooker. It makes life so much easier. It took me at least half an hour just to wash and cut the vegetables. I normally don't eat much rice but here there isn't much to cook (at least I do not know what to cook) besides rice.

Ingredients:
long rice, tomato, capsicum, carrot, mushroom, cauliflower, sausage and a bit of soy sauce.

Looks quite good to me!

How to improve: add onions and garlic. Maybe put in some fresh greens. Too bad I can't eat eggs if not I'll put eggs in it too. Ah well...
