Thick Faced

I've been really busy lately and honestly I don't know why. Shopping was tiring and finally I got myself something decent but costly -___-. I must say, service at Edmundser is great! Bf said: that's what you pay for. I had to agree.

Been looking forward for some Dota-ing but I'll have to miss it because I'm teaching while Johnson's celebrating his birthday. I think I may be able to make it after class but let's see how it goes first.

It's a public holiday in KL that means NO CLASS! (during the day) I will be out with some old friends whom I haven't met for so LOOOONNNNNGGGGGgggg... It'll be interesting interrogating about their married life ^_^ (totally excited).

Since I don't have anything to blog about, I'm going do display some bimbo-ish pictures again. Pictures taken at MVMM and Sungai Wang.

This is my favourite LBD (Little Black Dress) found in Edmundser. Bf chose it. Lovely isn't it? Cost RM150. -___-

Tried this for fun because it was displayed on the mannequin. (conclusion: never compare with mannequins)
This one makes me look old (or maybe I am old O_O)

No big boobs to accentuate... This dress is only for C cups and above. (I'm not under those categories)

Slightly oversized but sweet nonetheless.

This is a lovely dress if not for my small boobs. Again, great for big ones.

I don't like this one very much. The paper-ish material is not only uncomfortable but makes me look like I've got a bulging tummy. (okay, I admit, I do have one but it doesn't have to be that obvious, does it?)

Bf picked this beach like dress. It's gorgeous but not suitable for everyday wear. And more importantly, doesn't accommodate my boobs again. -___-

Found this in Colours (MVMM). The colour is quite sweet but not my style.

This one is better than the one on top. Colour is distinct and design is nice. Would have bought it if not for the price.

Mom prefers this one but I don't really like it. Feels like I'm out for some English tea. (And my butt looks big in it)

I totally heart this dress! I like the material, like the price, like the design. But bf doesn't like it. He doesn't like the big silver polka dots.

Something simple that I thought would go nice with coloured stokings but a bit too flimsy.

Playing the game of DOTA

I vaguely remember that my first attempt to cyber cafe was when I was about 13 years old (no presents for anyone guessing my current age). It was a cyber cafe near my house and back then online games weren't a hit yet. What I did was join in chat rooms and get into useless conversations with those whom I'm not even sure whether they exist. Another thing I did was create an email account to which I still stick to my nickname till now (povege).

Not long after, cyber cafes began to sprout like mushrooms everywhere. Online games were introduced and soon people are all crazy over LAN games like Red Alert etc. I didn't really try playing those games back then only because I was busy with some other stuff. But sis and I did try Dota: Frozen Throne, at home and we ended up playing with cheat where we killed the enemy with just a single peasant because we were eager to know the story line -___-

When I started A-Levels, I met a bunch of friends and eventually we went to the cyber cafe together, once. If my memory doesn't fail me, we did played Dota but that was the end of it. My best friend didn't like the game and thought it was boring and the guys never invited us for any gaming sessions.

Recently, I was given an opportunity to once again re-visit my curiosity in Dota-ing (as they put it). It was Al's 22nd birthday. After the supposingly-dinner-but-turn-out-to-be-supper pizza session, we decided to go for Dota-ing. It was exciting for me because I'm a beginner and therefore get to pair up with the best player-Ben (who is my sifu)!

We sat on our tables, arranging seats to make sure that Ben is right beside me (haha!) and the game kicked off. My hero was Lina. I chose her because in my opinion, she's the prettiest. (-__- from Ben when I told him why Lina =p)

Playing the game is not easy because it requires some finger-stance. Just picture your little finger on the number '1', middle finger on 'd' and occasionally on 'e' and second finger on 't' (I may be wrong in some of the controls but you get what I mean). Just the description itself is frustrating enough. After a few rounds, my finger was stiff and cramping (I always pride myself in finger flexibility due to years of playing the piano but that day I realised I was so wrong).

Aside all that, it was a fun game. Ben asked me to try my 'ultimate' during the second round on one of our opponents and I 'accidentally' killed him! O_o (Too happy too soon) Apparently, I killed one of the good players among the guys and he started hunting me after that. All the guys knew I slaughtered him and they came after me since then. I could hear them shouting: "Where's Lina?" all the time. -_______________-

That night, I came home really late.

A few days later (Saturday), a few of us went to Ben's house for mahjong. After loosing RM10 (which was my budget for the day), I hooked his computer instead. What is the best thing to do non other than training my skills in Dota? So, I played another 3 rounds. I'm still not good at it though. My setting was 2 opponents (easy) and my team was 2 insane players plus me (I know it's cheating but who cares). It was fun! I tried playing with Zeus, female-hero-with-hood, 'chinese bear bear' and decided that Lina is still the best. (I have trouble remembering their names)

It's really fun but not for long hours or it'll get bored. Time flies when you're playing. I think playing two or three rounds will be good enough. Anything more than that would be too tiring and boring after awhile. I'm looking forward to more Dota sessions soon! :D

My Secret Weird Habit

I have a funny habit of writing, or rather scribbling, in the thin air about just any words I see.
When I see the name of a shop, I'd start creating a 'signature' for it and my right index finger will start practising it.
When I thought of something, I'd write certain keywords in the air.
I'm currently obsessed with the signature 'Diamond'.
I didn't think it was weird until I found myself scribbling on my car window while I was stuck in a jam. Then I realise, I'm weird. Lol.
I had other funny habits too but I'll leave the stories for another day ^_^

Pictures with the Roses

How can anyone resist not cam whoring with the lovely pink bouquet??
I should have washed my hair, blow it, put some make up, buy a dress to go with it to cam whore with my roses. Just kidding.
Since I couldn't do it on my own because I have short hands and I'm lazy to use timer. Bf came and did it for me, and us. Hah (it's not just me who enjoys cam whoring)!

I look a bit blue-ish in this picture. Why does my face look so fat? *humph*

Looks more normal but the lips are too thick. Something wrong with the eye brows too. I didn't do it properly because I was in a hurry to go out for dinner and thought it wouldn't matter how I look. How wrong can I be?? *haih...*

No cam whore sessions will ever be perfect until you have a stupid picture of yourself doing stupid things therefore I insisted to take the photo below despite getting weird looks from the photographer, bf.
It is unfortunate that bf doesn't want his picture posted before he gets his plastic surgery done. I respect that yo!

Pink Roses to a Lovely Thursday

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
What if you get,
Something out of the blue?

Lame.

Try again.

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
But mine are pink,
And I don't care if it doesn't rhyme.

Fail. Not going to give it another attempt.

A bouquet of pink roses as a seal of well kept promises in future. (Thanks) I love it. *heart heart* Just let the pictures do the talking:

A bouquest of pink roses for a fresh start from bf. His second bouquet. Something very wrong with the blue flowers, it's actually purple. Serious.

Was looking frantically for something to hold it up. Couldn't find a vase initially and I tried using a plastic bottle. Doesn't work because it's too light and the bouquet might just tumble over anytime. My maid found this black pot so that'll do.

See the card? Doesn't it go well with the CNY theme? Smart move huh? A combination of CNY+Valentines+Fresh-Start gift. All in one price tag. (Shan't tell you what he wrote, hehe...)

Aren't these berries cute?? I wouldn't mind a whole bouquet just filled with these. *hinting* And it's cheaper than any other flowers.

[Edit: These berries are real!]

I love this picture the best. It brings out the pinkish aura these roses bring. Totally awesome. I feel like wearing a dress all of a sudden O_o (I am well aware that I talk shit sometimes). It looks like a great picture for a Valentines Day card!

A Fresh Start from God

How did that happen?

I think I have to thank God for this. I remember Fr. Albert talking about remembering the miracles God had done in your life and be a witness for Him. He said things don't happen just out of coincidence. I must agree.

The past five days were as bad as it could be. I refuse to pick up his calls or reply his smses. I prayed to God everyday that He'll send me a clear indication that we're still meant for each other and that I'll not be so blind to understand His sign. And on Tuesday, He gave me that sign.

What is the best thing to do when one is so immensely stubborn? What better sign should He give than sending her her best friends on a shopping spree and a one liner: Pick up his call when he calls you next time.

To be honest, I wasn't at all ready to accept it. Until yesterday, he finally called. When I was in the underground car park in One Utama. I thought the line would be affected underground but it didn't! I hesitated. I remembered the advice from my best friend. And God made opened my heart and gave me a chance to talk. I wasn't ready to talk but He gave me strength to do so. He made me honest and straightforward. I never knew I could do it.

And now, I give thanks and proclaim His love for me. All praise and glory to God for it is He who blessed me with someone He knows will be my best partner for life.

"Shopping" Spree

There again, I've made the same mistake. Yupe, as you have guessed, I went to try on some more clothes and came home with none. Except for a few more pictures. So lets just do something with the pictures:

Found this piece in Viva (One Utama). Oversized. I thought the colour was nice but turn out to look like 'Auntie'.

I liked this one because the colour was right. Cool. And it has a low cut. But I don't have the breast to bring it up. Oversized still.

This was picked by at Viva. It's nice but way too loose on the neck line that the bra is absolutely visible from the back. It's damn cheap. RM45 only!

I think I should give up on trying to shop for clothes. I'll end up crying and debating with myself. It's a real torture. But I'm heading to Sungai Wang this weekend. Need to check out some piano scores and check out some clothes since I'm there anyway. *dreading it*

Shopping-Cam Whore

I have a very bad habit. I am too stingy. Even on buying clothes. (Can I consider myself as a normal girl wtf!). More often that not, I find myself unable to buy anything after trying them. Not because I don't like them, but because I don't think it's worth paying for (need to extend the size of my purse urgently). So what I always do is take pictures and keep them for memory sake. But today, I decided to put up some of these and make it as a blog entry. Sorry for being bimbo-ish but who cares. *thick face, thick face!*

So here goes:

Padini Concept Store in One Utama
I liked this top but my favourite is the pants. It's really comfy but the only fall back is the visible panty line behind. Anyone knows what to wear to get rid of it?

I must share this pink dress with you. It's not just any dress. It is actually a jacket! You can turn the jacket into a super sexy dress, bare on the back (need to wear a sleeveless or tube) and definately body hugging. Lovely if you have drop dead figure (which I obviously don't have and therefore didn't buy it). Found in Radioactive.

Padini Concept Store
Picked by my best friends in Padini Concept Store. I thought it was just common, not worth the price although it's quite fitting. I really liked the pants, if not for that flaw (mentioned above).

This particular top is one of my favourites. It's simple and sexy (I need to change the bra strap of course). Very comfy too but a bit pricy for me.

This is the first one I picked from Diesel in Parkson. It's so damn pretty! But M size was a bit too loose on the shoulders and S is a bit too body hugging that I feel so insecure. Still pretty nonetheless. Absolutely heart it!

I must say that the picture doesn't do it justice. This is one sweet top, honest. Dad said I look old in it -___-" Who say!?

This top is actually quite transparent. Can see through everything underneath okay~~ Lyssa likes it a lot but I thought the colour was a bit dull.

Oh, this is a top which I tried on just for fun. Already taken by Lyssa. She looks better in it. I like the colour very much.

Aha! White is good because it makes you look fairer than you really are. The short skirt is also nice but the price, haih~~

Normal top. But there's some cool prints behind actually.

Hah! This was chosen by my best friends. It's quite shiny. All the bling around the yellow shirt. I love the short skirt ^_^

Oh, this is Lyssa's choice again. Very trendy and outstanding.

I like this one and almost bought it. Great top to go with leggings. Something I've been looking for if not for me unable to part ways with my money. I remember this was about RM60 =.=

I know this picture is WAY too dark. Can't do a damn thing because believe it or not, I edited these pictures with Paint and there's nothing there to adjust the exposure. The short skirt is the main item. Quite nice but I feel like I need to walk like a duck in it.

Last item. I just wanted to try something I can go with a pair of leggings. This was just okay to my standards. Not worth the price.
