Walking on snow is like walking on soft cotton candy as long as you're wearing the right shoes.

However, when the snow melts, it becomes ice and that's no fun at all. Everyone on the road will be taking small careful steps on icy grounds. Imagine walking with your normal shoes / sandals / (worst) high heels on the ice skating ring. Every now and then, somebody would be slipping left, right and centre.

The wrong shoe to wear especially on icy grounds. But even boots won't save my sorry butt from falling.
