Since the last time we baked a chocolate cake for Mariyam, there were quite a bit of flour, caster sugar, butter, self-raising flour leftover. I decided to use some of it to "bake" a creation of my own before some of the stuff expires. I experimented this "baking" thing twice in total.
The first time was quite a success mainly because I had most of the ingredients needed. I didn't follow any recipe in particular. All I did was put in whatever I thought was necessary and however much I like. This turned out:
Chocolate "cake" that taste like something is missing but not too bad. At least it's not very sweet. I think I need more butter and eggs.
It didn't "raise" much like what self-RAISING flour should do. The holes were made by chocolate chips, I think.
I finished the first batch within minutes and decided to give it a second try the next day. This time I had no eggs nor butter left. So I went online to see if I can make something eggless. Apparently, there is such a thing as eggless cake but I still don't have the necessary ingredients. But me being me, I decided to just get on with it anyway, using the same method as yesterday minus the ingredients.
This time, it was hard as rock. I left it in the oven for too long because I forgot about it till Titi came over to knock on my door. By the time I try to save them from the oven, they had turned into chocolate "biscuits". Instead of wasting them, I decided to eat them the-Oreo-way:

Chocolate Rocks and semi-skimmed milk
Dunk it in!
Rocks soaked in milk
And I finished them all while watching drama, hehe!
